Since our products are fresh and customized, our return and refund terms are designed to maintain freshness, fairness, and transparency.
🔹 1. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or decorated. Every bouquet, floral setup, and event arrangement is handcrafted to order and cannot be reused or resold.
🔹 2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be applicable under the following conditions:
- The wrong product or color theme was delivered.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The order was cancelled before preparation or dispatch.
All refund claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.
🔹 3. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Full refunds are available if the order is cancelled before flower preparation or setup begins.
- Once decoration or preparation has started, no refund can be issued.
🔹 4. Event & Décor Bookings
For large-scale setups such as wedding stage decoration, bokeh décor, or bridal room arrangements, a non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
In case of cancellation due to event changes or personal reasons, the advance will not be refunded, but the date may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
